Our Leadership
Marcus Chin founded Ental in 2025 and leads the firm across Malaysia and Singapore.
Before launching Ental, he became the most successful consultant in Hays Malaysia's 15-year history, rising through seven promotions to become its youngest-ever Senior Manager.
He later led permanent recruitment for The Adecco Group in Singapore, overseeing a 40-person business across Executive Search, RPO and Mass Recruitment.
Marcus holds a CEMS Master in International Management and splits his time between Singapore and Kuala Lumpur.
