All recruitment activity is carried out by our team of dedicated consultants who maintain deep expertise within their respective engineering markets.

2. Services

We provide talent acquisition services to client companies seeking to hire engineering and technical professionals, as well as career opportunities to candidates within our Expert Network. Our services include permanent and contract recruitment, as well as referral-based talent introductions through our industry expert community.

3. Client Obligations

• Clients must provide accurate and complete role briefs, including responsibilities, requirements and remuneration, to enable us to source suitable candidates effectively.
• All candidate introductions made by Ental are strictly confidential and must not be shared with third parties without prior written consent.
• Clients agree to notify Ental promptly upon making an offer to, or engaging, any candidate introduced by us.

4. Fees

Our fees are agreed in writing prior to commencing any search assignment. A placement fee becomes payable upon a candidate's acceptance of an offer of employment or engagement. Specific fee structures, rebate periods and payment terms will be outlined in your individual service agreement.

5. Rebate Policy

In the event that a placed candidate leaves or is dismissed within the agreed rebate period, Ental will provide a partial fee credit or replacement search, as stipulated in the relevant service agreement. Rebates do not apply where a candidate's departure results from redundancy, significant changes to the role, or a breach of contract by the client.

6. Candidate Obligations

• Candidates joining the Ental Expert Network or engaging our services must provide accurate and truthful information regarding their experience, qualifications and availability.
• Candidates must inform Ental of any conflicts of interest or existing restrictions, such as non-compete clauses, prior to being introduced to potential employers.

7. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to treat all information exchanged during the recruitment process as confidential. Ental will not share candidate or client information with any third party without explicit consent, except where required by law.

8. Data Protection

Ental handles all personal data in accordance with applicable data protection legislation. By engaging our services, candidates and clients consent to the collection, storage and processing of relevant personal and business data for recruitment purposes. 9. Limitation of Liability

Ental acts as an intermediary between clients and candidates and cannot guarantee the performance or suitability of any individual placed. Our total liability in connection with any placement shall not exceed the fee received for that specific engagement.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Ental operates the relevant engagement. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the applicable courts.

11. Amendments

Ental reserves the right to update these Terms of Business at any time. Any changes will be communicated to active clients and candidates and will apply to all future engagements from the date of notification.
